Holiday Cutoff Notice

Please note any orders placed before Monday, December 19th at 12pm EST are expected to arrive before Christmas Eve. Exclusions include weather delays, lost in transit issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.


There's no doubt that COVID-19 has been difficult on all of us, but we're keeping operations running at full steam. Orders are being shipped every business day from our warehouse in Austin, Texas. Some USPS post offices are experiencing minor transit delays. Thank you SO much for your patience if any unexpected delays arise.

International orders can take upwards of a month to be delivered with delayed and limited to no tracking once the package reaches the recipient country.

We are NOT able to ship to the following countries until further notice, due to COVID-19:


U.S. Customers

FREE Three-Day Shipping

We offer free US shipping on any order over $35. Shipping on any orders under $35 will cost a flat $4.95. Orders are typically shipped within one business day and shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This means it should be at your doorstep within 3-5 business days -- and often less!

U.S. Return Policy

To process a return within the 100-day trial, simply email,, and one of our team members will help you process the request.

The 100-day trial period is in play for our international customers, as well! If you are located outside of the US and want to return an international order within a 100 days from delivery, please email, to let us know.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice.

Returns can NOT be made outside of the 100 day trial period.


International Customers

For international orders, discounted shipping starting at just $9, is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We offer two worldwide shipping options: Economy (USPS International) and Express (DHL Worldwide).

Economy Shipping - USPS International

Typically takes anywhere between 14-21 business days to deliver the package, but can take up to 30 business days in some cases. Economy Shipping does not always include real time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.

While orders are shipped out using USPS, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages (ex. UAE), recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.

Express Shipping - DHL Worldwide

Typically takes anywhere from 6-10 business days for delivery, but can take up to 14 business days in some cases. Express Shipping includes up to date tracking information by DHL. 

We strongly recommend including your phone number as part of your shipping address. If there are any issues with the shipment or delivery, DHL will reach out to you directly to resolve the issues. Customers are responsible for missed notifications from DHL.

NOTE : These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. 


Customs Information

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.


International Return Policy

If at any point in the first 100 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, please contact us and we'll process your request and provide any/all information you need to make your return.

A few quick things:

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, skincare, etc.) must be at least half full. Please indicate that the package is a return on the Commercial Invoice. Our return policy applies only to orders placed on and DOES NOT apply to Warehouse Deals.

If your package can't be delivered and is sent back to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package is not returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
