COVID-19 DELAYS

There's no doubt that COVID-19 has been difficult on all of us, but we're keeping operations running at full steam. Orders are being shipped daily M-F in the order they were placed from our warehouse in Austin, Texas. All orders ship same day if placed before 1PM EST M-F! Due to COVID-19, USPS post offices are experiencing transit delays.

USPS is also experiencing delays with scanning packages into the tracking system. Most Post Offices are currently backed up, therefore, even after they have the package in their possession, it may take about a day for you to see movement in the package's tracking.

International Orders can take upwards of a month to be delivered with delayed and limited to no tracking once the package reaches the recipient country.

 

U.S. Customers

We’re happy to offer free Three-Day Shipping for any order $35 or more, if you have an account with us. We also have Two-Day Shipping and Overnight Shipping options available through USPS.

International Customers

For international orders, discounted shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer two worldwide shipping options through USPS — Economy and Express. While orders are shipped out using USPS, the recipient country’s postal service will be responsible for tracking updates and delivery once the package reaches the destination country. If recipient country’s postal service does not deliver packages (ex. UAE), recipient will be responsible for pick-up. We strongly recommend including your phone number and/or a PO Box, if applicable.

Economy Shipping will typically take anywhere between 14-21 business days to deliver the package, but can take up to 30 business days in some cases. Economy Shipping does not always include real time, up to date tracking information, depending on the recipient country’s postal service.

Express Shipping can take anywhere from 6-10 business days for delivery, but can sometimes take up to 14 business days in some cases. Express Shipping includes up to date tracking information, provided by recipient country’s postal service.

These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. We strongly recommend international customers to include their phone number at the end of their shipping address.

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other country duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. These additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

If your package is undeliverable and returned to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 

NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable for US or international customers.

 

Not happy with your products?

We offer a 60 Day Trial for all of our gear, which means you have 60 days to try it out, live with it, and love it. If at any point in the first 60 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back.

U.S. Customers

To make a return within the 60 Day Trial, simply reach out to us and we'll help you process that request and get you set up with a free return shipping label!

International Customers

The 60 Day Trial applies to international customers, as well! To process a return from overseas, please send us an email and we'll process your request and provide any/all information you need to make your return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility for international orders. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice.

All Customers

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (shaving cream, post shave, skincare, etc.) must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund.

The 60 Day Trial Period does not apply to Warehouse Deals. Warehouse Deals are Final Sale -- no returns, refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges

Exchanges can also only be made during the 60 Day Trial. If you want to get your item(s) swapped out, send our help team an email and we'll help you set up an exchange request. 

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Consumable products (as listed above) must be at least three-quarters full to be eligible for an exchange.
