I was gifted the SE starter kit about a year ago and never looked back. After upgrading my shave, I grew more and more dissatisfied with my $30 trimmer. I bought the Supply Trimmer, and was excited to see it in action, only to find that it pulled my facial hair and was hot when in contact with my skin. I reached out to Supply with my concerns and they instantly sent a replacement head, believing the original blade to be defective. After receiving the new trimmer head, I tried again, and what a difference! My beard has never looked so precise and even. It looks great and feels great, especially after applying some conditioner.
