Do I buy the cartridge or the blade refills when I run out of blades?
Buy the Blade Refills. The cartridge that came with your MAX is reusable. You only need to repurchase the cartridge itself if you lose or damage it.

How long do the blades inside last?
Eight to ten shaves per blade. A pack of eight covers most men for two to three months at five or six shaves a week.

Will the blades from my existing cartridge work in this one?
Yes. The blades themselves are the same. You can eject blades from one cartridge and load them into another by hand.

Does it come with a warranty?
The MAX razor has a lifetime warranty. The cartridge is a consumable part and is not covered, but if it arrives defective we replace it.

Supply MAX Razor cartridge—works just as expected

I foolishly tossed my original one away and received one from Supply ( I purchased) quickly and with a cartridge in it for extra blades. It works fine and I’ll make sure to hang onto this one!

More than expected

I was having difficulties with my single edge max cartridge dispenser. Sent an email to Supply explaining the issue and asking what I was doing wrong since my dispenser was not properly dispensing. I thought they would give me a tutorial link, instead they sent a new dispenser. Service above and beyond. Let me just say the single edge razor is worth the (relearning in my case) curve!

The Single Edge Max Cartridge Replacement

Easy to use, and customer service was very helpful.

When I first bought the razor kit the cartridge didn't work correctly. When I would rotate it it pulled loose plastic up with the blade like it was damaged. However when I reported this to customer service they were very kind and willing to work with me about this situation. They sent out a new cartridge immediately, and now it works great. It's so easy to use, you just rotate it, wait for it to click and reload the blade onto the razor handle. And the single blade shave has been so much better for my skin. No razor burn for the first time ever!

Customer service review

My experience with customer service at Supply has been outstanding. I had an issue with the blade being dispensed into the razor, and immediately a new dispenser was supplied. Before it was received, I determined the shave itself was not what I expected, so the razor was returned. Again, customer service was most understanding, courteous and responsive. As yet, I have received no information that the returned razor has yet been received by Supply and the proper amount of credit added to my credit card, but I have every expectation that it will be handled correctly.
