A: When you are out of blades you need to buy the Blade Refills. You only need to repurchase the cartridge if you lose or damage it.
Q: How long do blades last?
A: Most customers get 8 to 10 shaves per blade, depending on hair type and how
often they shave. If you shave 5–6 times per week, a pack of 8 blades can last
you up to 2–3 months.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: US shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. International orders typically
arrive within 7-14 days, depending on customs and location.
Q: Will my existing blades from Supply work with the Single Edge Max?
A: Yes, the blades themselves are the same, but the injector you use with the
SE or Pro won’t work with the Max's cartridge system. If you already have
Supply blades in an injector, you can eject them manually and load them into
the Max cartridge by hand. It's easy and takes just a few seconds.
Q: How does the 100-day trial work?
A: Try the Max risk-free for 100 days. If you don’t love the shave, send it
