I first purchased the Supply Pro earleir this year. The first one I received had an issue with loading the blade. When I contacted the company, they sent me a replacement. After learning how to use it, I was really enjoying it, though I struggled to find the right setting for my skin. Then one day, I went to open the head to clean it, and a piece broke off, making the razor unusable. Again, I contacted the company and was informed that the Pro had been discontinued. So, they sent me the new Single Edge Max. Unfortunately, I could not get the head opened to load a blade. Once more, I contacted the company, and they issued a replacement.
I have had this one for about a month. Making the adjustment from the Pro, I have come to reaslly enjoy my new razor. It is actually easier to load the blade. I don't have to find a setting that works, and the first pass with this razor does an excellent job, though I have learned to do a second pass across the grain and feel very satisfied with the result. But the best feature is the rotating head. It enables the razor to follow the contours of my face for a smoother shade,
My hope is that I finally have a razor that will last and continue to meet my need.
One other note, I have deeply appreciated the Supply staff for their quick responses to my series of concerns and their efforts to solve the issues. Their loyalty makes me want to be loyal. Hopefjully that will be the case.
