FREE Shipping Over $35

We offer free US shipping on any order over $35. Shipping on any orders under $35 will cost a flat $5.99. Orders are typically shipped within one business day and spend 2-5 days in transit. This means your order should arrive at your doorstep within 3-6 business days -- and often less!

U.S. Return Policy

 

To process a return within the 100-day trial, simply email, hello@supply.co, and one of our team members will help you process the request.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice.

Returns can NOT be made outside of the 100 day trial period.

 

International Customers


Most orders are shipped via Fedex International Connect Plus. This method takes between 6-10 business days. Shipping cost is determined by the weight of your order and the destination country. 

 

We strongly recommend including your phone number as part of your shipping address. If there are any issues with the shipment or delivery, the carrier will typically reach out to you directly to resolve the issues. Customers are responsible for missed notifications from the carrier.

 

While we are able to ship to most countries, there are, unfortunately, a few countries we’re unable to ship to at this time due to unreliable delivery or courier coverage.You can find the countries where we DON’T ship listed below:

International Return Policy

Currently, we do not accept international returns due to logistical complexities and varying international shipping regulations. Managing returns across borders involves complex shipping, customs, and tax processes, which can result in delays and added costs for our customers but we’re constantly improving our services to meet the needs of our international customers.

Customs Information

Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

For countries like CA, UK, EU, AU, Mexico, Ireland, and Japan duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost.
