1. Take a finger scoop of shaving cream and spread on both cheeks, chin and neck (make sure skin is wet) -- softening the concentrated cream.

2a. Time to whip up your lather! For the best results, you'll want to use a Shaving Brush. Run the brush under some water and start brushing your face using strong, circular motions to create your lather.

2b. If you have our Marble Shaving Bowl or a shaving mug, you'll want to smear the finger scoop of shaving cream in to the container. Follow the same steps with the brush, strong circular motions to create your lather, but in the bowl, then apply evenly on your skin.

Do I have to use this shaving cream with the Single Edge?
While our shaving cream isn't required for a successful shave with the Single Edge, we recommend using one that will provide a rich, coushiony lather to protect your skin from our sharp blades.

Smells great, works great!

Both the shaving cream and post shave lotion smell wonderful and work well. The shaving cream is very thick and just as good as Taylor of Old Bond Street. The post shave is good too although unusual in that it comes in a spray form. Both items are worth the price.

A little goes a long way

It took a few tries to realize that the label instructions to use an "almond size" amount of shave cream would whip into plenty of rich lather for my shave. I use a mug (ceramic, pre-heated with water) and a brush -- that amount of shave cream produces enough lather for me to apply it twice during my shave. It moistens my face, softens my beard, and smells great!

Absolutely love this shaving cream

I have never used anything but spray can shaving cream before this and I have to say that this stuff is 10x better. It takes longer sure but the result is so worth. It’s very soothing and has turned shaving into a spa like experience for me. 10/10 I will be buying again

I love the smell of the lavender and lemon! Plus it doesn’t come clumpy like the mint and eucalyptus which was the only down fall with that scent but I would highly recommend the lavender and lemon to anyone who like to smell fresh in the morning
