How to Get Started With Your Supply Subscription
You finally clicked that “Subscribe and Save” button for your Supply grooming essentials — well done! Or maybe your mouse is still hovering over it, but you’re not quite sure what you’re signing up for. Not to fear, we’ve got all the information you need right here.
Why Subscribe?

I Just Placed a Subscription Order. Now What?
Check your email, including those occasionally over-eager spam folders. Find the welcome email that’s asking you to create a Supply account. Click “Create an account” and use the same email address you placed your order from.
Once your information is added and you’ve clicked the “Create” button, check your email again (yes, the spam folders too, just to be safe) and find the Account Activation email. Open that and click the “Activate Me” button.
I’m In! So Where’s My Subscription Info?
Welcome to the club! Now all of your subscription information is accessible anytime on your profile page. Your next auto-delivery date and options to add to your order can be found within your portal.
How Do I Change the Frequency of My Orders?
We’ve made that easy, because we don’t want you to run out of product too quickly or have a backlog of unused items. Go to the Subscriptions tab on your portal. From there, select the “Manage Subscriptions” tab. From there you can choose between 2, 3, and 4 month delivery schedules.
You can change the delivery date of just one order, or edit all future orders by selecting “See All Upcoming Orders.” You can also delay or skip a delivery, and even gift one of your orders to someone else.
