Materials

The Max’s handle is constructed from sandblasted aluminum and the shoulder is made from stamped aluminum with a glossy finish. The razor’s head is constructed from diecast zinc. 

The Max’s cartridge is made of ABS plastic with an electroplated finish.

How to Use Your New Single Edge Max

Step 1: Your Grip Matters

The grip on your razor defines its pressure on your face. We recommend “pinching” the triangular head of the razor with your thumb and forefinger, or holding the razor farther down on the handle.

Step 2: Keep it Light

No pressure! Unlike the SE, where you may have had to play with the angle for the best shave, the Max is a lot more forgiving. It’s designed to do the work for you, making for an even easier shave without having to press down hard.

Step 3: Feel the Glide

The Max should glide easily through your facial hair. If you notice any tugging, you may need to trim your hair down to avoid it getting stuck underneath the blade.

Step 4: Love Your Shave

Continue to shave as needed, for the rest of your life. One razor, a lifetime worth of results.

Pro Tip: If you notice shaving cream building up under the head of the Single Edge Max, we recommend rinsing the head of the razor under warm water to break up the excess product. For a deeper rinse, pop open the head of the razor with your thumb, rinse the flat plane thoroughly, and shave normally.

The Perfect Storm

I’ve owned the SE for a few years now. Only issue I had was curving around my chin line. This shaver has got the “moves”. Perfectly glides around sharp turns. And shaves close with the lightest touch. Blade change is a snap as well. You’ve outdone yourselves with this creation. Thanks all!

New Supply Max

I purchased the Supply SE last year and really like it. I'm African American and really need to be careful with what type of razor I use. I purchased the Supply SE 1st and never had any razor bumps or shaving irritation. I saw the Supply Max was released and I had to give it a try. Once again, EXCELLENT! I purchased it in mid April 2025 and I'm on my 3rd shave so far. The shaves are getting better as I'm getting use to the razor. I'm looking forward seeing how much better it will get. I will say that once again I have suffered no razor bumps or irritation. I love how the razor is more flexible by being able to move with the contour of your face. Supply, you have done it again! Almost there

The razor itself is a thing of beauty and compliments for the design. I find the loading of the razor easy as advertised, but unloading a used razor by hand off of magnets can be tricky. Though I haven’t the answer, improvement can be made there. Unfortunately, I find the size of the head not to my liking. I am a man with facial hair and find the maneuverability annoying. Through it all I had a good shave, but I think I’ll stick to my SE razor.

JUST WHEN I THOUGHT IT COULDN'T GET ANY BETTER!

I was perfectly happy with the original Supply Razor, but I made the mistake of taking it through airport security with a blade still in it. My option was to take it back to my car or leave it behind. I didn't have time to go all the way back to my car, so I had to leave it with TSA. While I was waiting for my flight I started scrolling through Facebook and an add pops up for the Single Edge Max. It was a sign! I had to try it!. I immediately ordered one. I love it! Even more than the original. The flexible head makes it so much easier shave around the curves of my face and head. I especially love that you didn't change the blade. I can still use the same blade from the original razor, which is good because I have a lot of them. I love this company!

So sorry to hear about your original Supply razor being left with TSA, Jason. But, I'm glad that you are loving the new Max razor -- even more than the original! Truly appreciate you for sharing!

Longtime fan - Single Edge Max is the best yet!

The Perfect Single Edge Razor

The packaging was spot on. The razor is beautiful. I can see a lot of time and effort went into this razor. The head flexes to the contour of your face. It has a long handle which feels good in your hand. I usually only do 2 shaves with a blade. I did 4 shaves with the supply razor. And probably could have done more. Also for the price it is worth every penny. This in my opinion is an excellent razor , it is unique and will give you a great shave. Do your face a favor and get this razor.
