Join us in celebrating Supply's 9th Anniversary! We're excited to offer you the chance to win amazing prizes through our special giveaway (or “Sweepstakes”). Before you participate, please review the terms and conditions below to ensure a clear understanding of the entry processes and rules.

By entering this giveaway hosted by Supply, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, whether or not you have read them in detail.

1. Promoter Information:
• The Promoter is FBA Operating Co (d.b.a. Supply), located at 539 W. Commerce St. STE #3281 Dallas, TX 75208.
2. Eligibility:
• THIS PROMOTION IS VALID ONLY IN THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII) AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA for legal residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, except as follows: nineteen (19) years of age or older in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) years of age or older in Mississippi) as of the date of entry, and to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”).
• Employees of Supply, their immediate family members, or anyone directly connected with the organization or the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
• Sweepstakes is void in Quebec, outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
• Regardless of method of entry, entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the Entrant are void.
3. How to Enter:
• No Purchase Necessary
• You can enter the giveaway in one of the following ways:
• Purchase Entry: Make an online purchase at Supply.co during the giveaway period. Each customers first purchase during the month of Augst 2024 counts as 3 entry.
1. Additionally, a purchase of any of Supply’s new products will count as 3 entries. (Max 3 entries per new product)
2. Orders with value equal to or greater than $99 will receive an additional 3 entries.
• Social Media Entry: Share our designated giveaway post on Instagram and tag @Supply. Ensure your profile is public to allow us to see your entry.
1. Additonally, liking and commenting on this post will give 1 entry each.
• SIGN UP TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES (NO PURCHASE REQUIRED, MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY): Eligible entrants that sign up to receive text messages (inclusive of sales, newsletters, etc.) via Text from www.supply.co by providing a mobile phone number will earn one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Maximum of one (1) entry per person (mobile number). Entries received in excess of the limit stated will be void. Entrants agree to receive text messages until October 6, 2024, and may text “STOP” anytime thereafter to unsubscribe. Entrants must sign up for the texts during the Promotion Period. You must sign up by 11:59:59 PM CST on September 3, 2024, to be eligible to receive an entry into this Giveaway. **Data rates may apply to receive messages via text (see IMPORTANT INFORMATION below). • ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”): To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes without making a qualifying purchase from a participating business entity or a donation to a participating non-profit organization: Visit https://supplyforms.typeform.com/to/u9VMDRVC and complete the online entry form in its entirety and click “Submit” to receive an entry There is a limit of one (1) AMOE submission per individual.
• Each method of entry provides an equal chance of winning.
4. Contest Period:
• The giveaway begins on August 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM CST and ends on September 3, 2024, at 12:00 AM CST. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.
5. Entry Limitations:
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reasons.

1. Winner Selection:
• Winners will be chosen randomly and notified via email or cell phone within 7 days after the Sweepstakes closes.
• The potential Prize Winner(s) must sign and return to the Promoter an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/publicity release in the form provided by the Independent Administrator (the “Release”) and IRS form W-9 (US Residents) in order to claim the Grand Prize (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within the time frame indicated in the Notification. If the potential Prize Winner(s) fail to sign and return the Required Documents within the required time period, the potential Prize Winner(s) forfeits his/her right to the Prize and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected at random from among all remaining non-winning eligible entries received from all participating business entities and non-profit organizations (along with all remaining eligible entries submitted via method D) during the Sweepstakes Period, at the discretion of the Independent Administrator and time permitting. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, they will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, failing which they will be disqualified, and another potential Grand Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received from all participating business entities and non-profit organizations (along with all remaining eligible entries submitted via method D) during the Sweepstakes Period, at the discretion of the Promoter and time permitting.
2. Tax Implications
• The Prize is taxable as income as required by applicable law, and the Prize Winner(s) is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local taxes. The Promoter may be required to report the value of the Prize to the IRS in the year the Prize is received by the Prize Winner and will be reported to the Prize Winner and the IRS in the form of a Form 1099.  In the event it is deemed during the verification process that the potential Prize Winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor (or any party acting on its behalf) to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Prize, the potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and another potential Prize Winner may be randomly selected from among the remaining non-winning eligible entries received from all participating business entities and non-profit organizations (along with all remaining eligible entries submitted via method D)  during the Sweepstakes Period, at the discretion of the Promoter and time permitting.  Valid social security numbers will be determined by IRS requirements.
3. Promoter Rights:
• Supply reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside of the promoter’s control.
4. Winner Notification:
• Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and alternate winners may be selected.
5. FTC Compliance:
• All promotional communications related to the giveaway will clearly disclose how to participate, the odds of winning, and any material conditions or limitations.
6. Other Notices:
• By participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees:  [a]  to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter which shall be final in all respects relating to the Sweepstakes, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies; participating business entities and non-profit organizations; advertising/promotion agencies of any of the preceding, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes, including Promoter; and the officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns of any of the above; from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from his/her participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize; and  [c] if the prize winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image, likenesses, city/state/province/territory of residence, publicly available biographical information and other indicia of his/her persona for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Promoter and its designees (including participating business entities and participating non-profit organizations) without further notice or compensation (unless prohibited by law) and, except where prohibited and without further compensation, to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.
• Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by Entrants online service will apply. If Entrant participates from a mobile phone, such activity will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate plan. Entrant further understands that by participating via mobile phone, if they are a potential prize winner, the Sponsor may contact them via mobile phone, which will be subject to the charges pursuant to their wireless service provider’s rate plan. Please consult wireless service provider for more information. Entrants are solely responsible for any related equipment and Internet access charges, if any.
