Do I have to use this shaving cream with the Single Edge?
While our shaving cream isn't required for a successful shave with the Single Edge, we recommend using one that will provide a rich, coushiony lather to protect your skin from our sharp blades.

Why should I stop using canned shaving cream?
Canned, foaming shaving creams are full of alcohol and chemical preservatives. Alcohol strips away the healthy layer of skin which keeps the moisture in, leaving your face dried out - leading to irritated skin and premature aging.

Why should I stop using my cheap after shave?
The reason alcohol is included in many post-shave products is due to it's astringent and antiseptic properties. The problem with this is that alcohol also can exacerbate razor burn and make it challenging for your skin to retain crucial moisture. Even worse, alcohol can, in some cases, tighten skin to a point where the dryness creates a barrier-like surface. This barrier makes it difficult for hair to pierce through the skin layer, leading to the development of ingrown hairs.

Never knew what I was missing

At an early age, when I started to shave, I found out that using a shaving mirror in the shower, softened my beard, making it easier to shave. I always used disposable razors and never used soap or shaving cream to shave. I found that a hot shower softened my beard, making it easy to shave. After getting my supply razor, I found the need to use some type of cream or soap necessary. I ordered the shaving brush and shaving cream from supply and upon using it found the best shave I have ever received outside of a barbershop, so impressed ,so happy , so satisfied . I still shave in the shower with the shower mirror, but with the shaving cream and brush and supply razor I just couldn’t be happier.

Ultra Lather Shaving Cream

Calm version equivalent

My 4oz bowl being empty, I chose what replaces the Calm fragrance, and I am not disappointed. I cannot find a cream on the market that has as many soothing and lubricating properties. The blade glides very well on sensitive skin. No burning effect. Just the pleasure of shaving. Thank you Patrick and Jennifer.

Mon bol de 4oz étant vide, j’ai choisi ce qui remplace la fragrance Calm, et je ne suis pas déçu. Je ne retrouve pas sur le marché une crème qui a autant de propriété aussi apaisante et lubrifiante. Putting the CREAM back into shaving cream.

I’m amazed at how such a small amount of cream can create so much lather with my brush. The design of the lid is brilliant: when I use it to mix the cream with water, it serves as a little bowl that returns the unused foam to the jar when I’m finished.
