What's Nickstop™ Technology? How do the fins protect my skin?
16 fins drive our new Nickstop™ technology. They are precisely placed on the SE’s safety bar to lift and guide hair to the blade. They work with the bar to flatten your skin, creating a smooth surface for the blade to glide across. The result is a safe, smooth shave no matter where you’re shaving.

What blades does it accept?
The Single Edge accepts "injector" style blades. These are not proprietary to us and have been in production for over 100 years.

How long do the blades last?
Everybody changes out their blades at different intervals due to the fact that our skin, hair, and preferences are all different. That said, most customers easily get 8 to 10 shaves out of each blade. A single pack of eight blades can last up to three months if you shave 5-6 times a week.

Beyond the Edge: A Senior's Shaving Journey

For decades, the straight razor was my daily duel – a dance with danger in pursuit of the perfect shave. I loved the thrill, the focus... the fact that it made me feel like a Sweeney Todd who hadn't killed anyone (yet). But let's face it, at 86 and living where folks are extra careful with sharp objects, priorities change. Suddenly, my straight razor was less 'vintage cool' and more 'potential weapon.'

So, I reluctantly traded my cutlass for a single-blade. As a new user of Supply's contraption, I've discovered the closeness is shockingly good, but the learning curve is less like climbing Everest and more like, well, learning to use a slightly less terrifying butter knife.

While I'll always respect the straight razor's... edge, this single-blade razor is my evolution. It delivers a great shave without the need for a blood transfusion, and it fits into this new, gentler chapter of my life. It's less a replacement, more of a hilarious upgrade to a safer, less stabby, future.

So far it has been a good experience

But it could be better, for instance, the blade adjustment knob is hard to turn when hands are wet. An optional wing nut design will help tremendously.

I’ve tried many shaving products over the years, including a brand designed specifically for Black men that I liked quite a bit. I used their single-edge razor, trimmer, and electric shaver along with their soaps, body lotion, shave gel, and face wash. Since about 80% of my shaving routine is focused on my head, I found that I had to stop using the single-edge razor because it caused nicks and cuts. The shave was okay, but not exceptional, and while the trimmer was good, it had limited usefulness.

Then I discovered Supply’s single-blade razor. Initially, I had a rough start – entirely my fault – but Supply’s customer service was outstanding. They graciously and without hassle helped me get the right razor for my needs, even taking back the other (more expensive) razor and covering the return shipping. Their customer service felt like talking to an old friend – genuine and personal.

Once I had the right razor, it completely changed my shaving experience. I now consistently get a perfect shave with no nicks or cuts. It’s smooth, comfortable, and delivers a close shave every time.

Encouraged by the success of the razor, I decided to try Supply’s face wash, multi-purpose moisturizer, and aftershave. I love them all! They feel great on my skin and last all day. I was particularly impressed when I read the ingredients (using a magnifying glass, of course). I could pronounce most of them, and the primary ingredients were natural.

I also decided to give their trimmer shot, and it’s perfect. I can actually use it for a quick shave in the morning if I’m running late, and it gives a precise trim and a great shave.

For those guys who don’t use a moisturizer, whatever your reason, you’re missing out. I’m 75 years old, and people at work think I’m in my fifties – that’s how good these products make my skin look and feel.

Best shave I have ever had!!!

I have been shaving for 35+ years now, I have been using multi blade razors all my life, have got shaves at Barber Shops, played around with straight razors but this is by far the Best shave I have ever had!!!

Great razor!

It’s taken some getting used to, but with some practice, I am now achieving a baby smooth shave. Also, it can take off thicker hair without clogging or a ton of extra passes. Bravo Supply! I look forward to shaving now instead of dreading it and putting it off!
