Together, we'll get through this.

To our Supply family,

These are certainly unique and trying times. As a small business owner, a dad, and a husband - I’ve been trying to make sense of it all just as much as you are. I’ve also been trying to figure out the right way to communicate with you.

The only way that feels right is to be honest and transparent.

In short, it’s been a rough couple of weeks.

We're a small team of five based in North Texas, and we’re hunkered down at home like many of you. But we’re doing our best to ensure we keep a sense of normalcy and humor in our small corner of the world.

There have been no disruptions to our natural flow of business, except for less high fives around the office. We’re still shipping the best products and providing the best customer service on this planet.

Being a small, bootstrapped brand means that in times like this, cash flow is more critical than ever to keeping the lights on. So if you're in need of shaving gear, skincare, or accessories - your support in this critical moment would be so deeply appreciated.

But more importantly, I wanted to ask you to consider supporting a small business local to you.

We’re fortunate that we run an extremely lean operation. Our overhead consists of a few employees, cheap rent, and some SaaS subscriptions. We’ll come out the other side of this stronger than ever. I truly believe that.

Other businesses are not so fortunate. Many are on the brink of collapse and layoffs. I’ve talked to many founders of amazing small businesses that are absolutely terrified.

We’re all hurting right now. But if you’re able, please support your local restaurants, retail shops, and more. Trust me when I say they need it right now. If you have a choice between Amazon and small business - I urge you to choose small business.

I absolutely believe our best and brightest days are ahead of us. And they’re ours for the taking. We have some clouds to get through, but the sun is shining bright on the other side. Together, we'll get through them.

I’m grateful for your support all these years. It means more than you’ll ever know.

With gratitude,

Patrick Coddou
